Before getting yourself equipped to face certain problems in your
life, you have to make sure that you have a good sleep. A good sleep can
improve your memory which can help you remember the important details in the
past that might help you fix the problem. What happens to the brain when you
are at sleep if you may ask? I did some research about this and I have found
out that when a person is asleep, everything will slow down except your neurons
(brain cells). Your brain is actually working to all the information that you
gathered from the time that you are working so that any important information
will be locked in to your long term memory.
This is one of the factors why dreams are created because your
brain is actually processing all the happening that you have experience on that
day. If I say sleeping this means 6 to 8 hours a day because your brain will
not able to finish the process if you will have not achieve the deep sleep or
what they call REM (Rapid Eye Movement) stage of sleep. Your brain will start
to process all the information on your brain once you will be in this stage
which is will start in the first 3 hours after you hit the bed.
That is for your brain but how about for your whole body? Like I
said your body will slow down (even your breathing and your cardiac activity). When
your body is at rest everything will slow down because this is the time that
your cells will repair the damage cells and get rid of any toxins on your body
which is why you will feel rejuvenated and very energetic once you get up from
your bed.
Now if you want to have a successful day tomorrow, better fix your
bed first and have a good night sleep.
